School Council Development

  • St Pauls and Tividale Hall visited Lightwoods
    to observe a School Council assembly and meeting.

Each school now has a developing School Council
supporting pupil involvement and self - esteem

  • ICT skills support learning in literacy and
    numeracy

TEACHERS AND SUPPORT STAFF NETWORKING TOGETHER
  • Teachers and support staff met and worked
    together in September
  • Discussions relating to learning, teaching and
    planning took place
  • All support staff have met at Lightwoods and
    spent a morning shadowing
  • and discussing together
  • Teachers are meeting together to work on planning
  • Subject Co-ordinators will work together in year 2

We have valued the opportunity to visit schools
and discuss our work.

    develop areas together.

    develop writing opportunities for pupils and
    highlight individual learning to raise levels of
    achievement
  • Staff meetings have taken place to support
    teachers in levelling pupils writing to raise

IMPACT

All KS2 pupils have literacy and numeracy targets
relating to maths work and writing
Our schools will never be the same again We have
moved forward, we can never go back We are
