met to discuss needs and draw up action plans for
collaborative working and school development

7School Council Development

- Pupils from
- St Pauls and Tividale Hall visited Lightwoods
to observe a School Council assembly and meeting.
Each school now has a developing School Council
supporting pupil involvement and self - esteem
8Year 6 pupils make a power point presentation

- Year 6 pupils from all three schools are working
together to make a Triad schools power point
- ICT skills support learning in literacy and
numeracy
9TEACHERS AND SUPPORT STAFF NETWORKING TOGETHER
- Teachers and support staff met and worked
together in September - Discussions relating to learning, teaching and
planning took place - All support staff have met at Lightwoods and
spent a morning shadowing - and discussing together
- Teachers are meeting together to work on planning
- Subject Co-ordinators will work together in year 2
We have valued the opportunity to visit schools
and discuss our work.
10Governors Meeting
- Governors from Lightwoods, St Pauls and Tividale
Hall met to discuss their work and how they can
develop areas together.
11Literacy Co-ordinators working at Tividale Hall
- Literacy co-ordinators have worked together to
develop writing opportunities for pupils and
highlight individual learning to raise levels of
achievement - Staff meetings have taken place to support
teachers in levelling pupils writing to raise
writing levels

- Numeracy Co-ordinators have worked together to
highlight individual learning to raise levels of
achievement - Staff have been supported to plan for pupils
individual learning to raise their levels of
achievement

- ICT Co-ordinators are working together to develop
ICT programmes to support Literacy and Numeracy - Records and assessments are also being shared and
further developed together - ICT training sessions for all staff relating to
the use of ICT to support delivery of lessons and
learning in Literacy and Numeracy

- Head Teachers have planned and evaluated together
- School Data analysis and target setting has
developed - School Improvement planning has been shared and
developed - School management teams have worked together

All KS2 pupils have literacy and numeracy targets
relating to maths work and writing
Our schools will never be the same again We have
moved forward, we can never go back We are
