Paperwork Procedure
  • Before the meeting
  • Create a new IEP
  • Cannot enter a future date in Date of this IEP
    meeting field, leave it blank
  • Enter information including present levels,
    goals, etc.
  • SAVE as you go

More Paperwork
  • IEP record is LOCKED once you enter in the IEP
    Sign Date (Parent) - you may not make any
    further changes without creating an addendum,
    leave it blank until after meeting
  • Print out IEP and take to meeting (Remember to
    bring a copy of the Procedural Safeguards to the
    IEP meeting.)

  • After the meeting
  • Enter dates in all blank fields
  • Enter any changes agreed to at the meeting
  • Enter the IEP Sign Date (Parent)
  • Send a completed copy of the IEP to Wiggin Center
