Authority Responsibility for INSTRUCTION
ASSESSMENT

• iDivision and Superintendent will provide
  rigorous core curriculum, access to meaningful
  data, approval of alternative core curriculum
  aligned to state standards mandated assessments
  for all LAUSD schools
• School Site
• Develops, monitors evaluates SPSA to improve
  student achievement
• Facilitates development, review approval of
  alternate proposals for instruction aligned to
  state standards assessment
• Authority and responsibility for Instruction and
  Assessment means schools could
• Utilize integrated subject strategies for
  delivery of state standards
• Utilize student portfolio approach to assessment
• Utilize non-state approved enrichment texts
  and/or curriculum support materials
• Network Partner
• Provides resources and expertise for the
  development, review approval of alternate
  proposals for instruction assessment
• Provides ongoing support, monitoring,
  implementation evaluation of curriculum
  student achievement per agreed upon SPSA and
  accountabilities, state/federal requirements
• Develops implements support intervention
  where SPSA
• objectives are not being met
