Why is CUPA making this proposal?

• To promote the growth and development of the
  sport of Ultimate throughout Canada
• Increase the organizational capacity of CUPA
• Develop key national programs
• Work with PSOs, TSOs and leagues to represent
  their needs

Current Situation

• Limited Resources
• Part-time Executive Director 10 hours/week
• Revenue limited to competitive memberships from
  CUC CUUC participants surpluses
• Small pool of volunteers
