• Contract Awarded April 23, 2007 to EDS
• 41 (67) agencies and commissions estimated at
  550,000 (860,000) seats
• Have signed Interagency Agreements (IA) and
  Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) for
  32,829,060.00 for credential services and
  equipment orders.
• Operational in mid-September
• 16 Enrollment Centers operational in NCR
• Approximately 20 Agencies have completed
  configuration and are ready to start issuance
• 225 enrollment stations scheduled across the
  country

Issues-Deployment

• Installation of workstations difficult
  (coordination)
• GSA MSO is a foreign system on customer
  networks. Requires review of CA and interconnect
  agreements to be signed
• We are learning the issues across multiple
  agencies installation
• Configuration at every site is unique
• Registrars hard to recruit and retain (50 drop
  rate)
• Web based training not adequate. Have commenced
  classes for enrollment officers
• Agency data readiness is an issue to meet
  HSPD-12 requirements
