- Available like services
- Access medical care where they live
- Available to inter-island and Guam only

- Taking Leave
- Amount of leave varies
- Active Duty status (Title 10)
- Cash out up to 60 days of leave (not recommended)
- Returning to civilian employment
- Reporting to unit
- 60-90 days rest period
- Non-pay status until first Battle Assembly
(drill) - Unit contacts and provides training schedule
