• I am Lucy. I am a real estate agent. In my office
  I have a crew
• of 5 people working for me acquiring new
  customers via
• telephone and doing the whole administrative and
  financial
• part of my operation. I am proud of my office and
  the building
• in which it is located. It is a good-looking
  restored building
• with large windows through which people on the
  street can
• peep in after office hours.

We advertise for our services in many ways. There
is of course the internet, I advertise in a
local newspaper for houses and office buildings
with my portfolio and we have a board facing the
window with photos and paper clippings about
location, some key specifications on the
properties, price and the status of sale. In
practice a lot of customers like to have a look
at this board but maintaining it is a hassle.
Often stuff is outdated because my personnel
forget to update it.

• My name is Jack and I am manager working for

• In our offices we regularly receive guests, both

• and external. My guests are usually customers
  that
• should be treated well in case they have to wait

• a meeting starts. We have a special area for this

In the recent past people had to wait in a rather

What formats can I import to Easy Advertiser?
Step 1

• Power Point
• Tip for optimal results your Power Point slides
  should be created in wide screen (169) from the
  beginning. Before you start, please setup your
  Power Point like this
• Remark animations will not work, everything will
  be flattened to single slide picture.
• JPEG format
• Either photos or illustrations. The Easy
  Advertiser will keep the size of your picture in
  its original shape.
• MPEG2 movies
• Either in Standard Definition or High Definition
  format up to 720p video resolution.

How do I play my content?

• Plug in the USB stick containing your files and
  programmed 24-hour time schedule and.. Play! The
  Easy Advertiser will play immediately if the
  schedule is active now..
• Can you check the time schedule to be sure?
  Sure, press Menu (Digital) on the remote
  control
• Can you still change things on the Easy
  Advertiser? Sure
• Full re-editing of content or time schedules
  isnt handy with a remote control but you can
• Decide to play all the content always in one
  permanent 24-hour loop
• Manually play certain slide shows, individual
  slides and individual movies
