What should you do?
  • You live in the boondocks away from civilization.
The nearest town, Pleasantville, is 5 miles
away. Your house catches fire and the fire
department from Pleasantville races to put out
the fire. Luckily your house is spared. You
dont pay taxes in Pleasantville so they want you
to pay 5,000 for the use of the fire department.
Should you pay for it? Why or why not?

6
Weve only just begun.
  • Native Americans were unhappy with British
    occupation.
  • Pontiac captured 8 British forts in Ohio.
  • Pontiac and British settled differences in 1765.
