Knife

• Knifes are used for cutting things.
• Knifes are used to kill small animals.
• We use knifes for slicing things.

Canteen

• We use our canteen to hold our water supply.
• Canteens makes it easy for carrying water.
• Listening to the water shake in the canteen
  reminds me of the beach.

Sunscreen

• We use sunscreen to protect use from the suns
  ultraviolet rays.
• The members of our group huddled and put on
  sunscreen.
• Putting on sunscreen is better than not using it
  at all.

Matches

• We use matches to start fires on cold windy
  desert nights.
• Matches are good for starting fires, when you
  have no other source of heat.
• We roasted lizards, when we lit our fire.

Emergency Radio

• We used our emergency radio to contact the
  emergency rescue crew.
• We contacted a nearby by helicopter but they past
  us by.
• Radios are used for contacting help.

Shotgun

• We used our shotgun to kill deranged animals.
• Shotguns are used for killing any of our members
  that turns mutinous.

Tent

• We use tents to sleep in during the cold desert
  nights.
• Sleeping in tents is safer than a palette on the
  sand.
• We slept in the tent after the sandstorm blew
  over.

Rope

• We use the rope to tie and secure and excess
  materials
• Tying down materials is important so we dont
  lose anything.
• Holding the rope, Tyler fell into a sand dune.

Flashlight

• We use the flashlight to find our way through the
  dark, windy nights.
• Peering through the darkness is easy when you
  have a flashlight.
• Stephen yelled, Where is that stupid flashlight.

Food

• We eat food to replenish ourselves and regain our
  strength.
• Eating food is the best time of the day.
• Food replenished us when we had lost all our
  energy.
