management spends governing separability dwarfs
that on connectivity, even though reputations and
most value productivity is now intangible and
networked (ie multiplied through connectivity)

and accountants valuation numbers, audits and

Whilst once sufficient, this is now the great

but it would need to be applied with every second
as much organisational attention as separability
maths, knowing that it would provide an
opposite intelligence system where leaders would
need to judge and resolve emerging
conflicts. All the greatest human disciplines

but only by leaders taking the whole system
dynamic view of how win-win-wins are connected.
Win-win is the fundamental value dynamic of any
relationship - meaning both sides gain from
continuously trusting each other. Win-win-win
means every constituency knowingly connected to
an organisations core gravity wins. To audit
cash-flow without auditing trust-flow can no
longer lead anywhere globally or locally
sustainable over time.
