management schemes established under Swiss law.
The services offered include fund management,
representation of foreign funds and
administration of other Swiss collective
investments. These services include legal

investment fund, registration with the Federal
Banking Commission, calculation of the net asset
value, reporting for taxation and compliance
purposes, preparation of semi-annual and annual
reports as well as coordination between the
custodian bank and the asset manager. These
