The Destruction of Jericho Joshua 6 Now Jericho
was securely shut up because of the children of
Israel none went out, and none came in. 2 And
the Lord said to Joshua See! I have given
Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty

all you men of war you shall go all around the

Midrash Ancient Jewish Texts
The shofar blown at mount Sinai, when the Torah
was given, came from the ram which had been
sacrificed in place of Isaac. The left horn was
used for a shofar on Mount Sinai and its right
horn will be blown to herald the coming of
Moshiach. The right horn was larger than the
left, and thus concerning the days of Moshicah it
is written, on that day, a great shofar will be
