- Transactions At POS
- The transactions of Point Of Service (POS)
starts when the ITP comes to the POS with the
Acknowledgement Number provided by Central Site
along with the supporting documents and
registration form. - Once ITP comes to the POS site, the registration
process begins, with the following information, - Acknowledgement Number
- Fingerprints
- Signature
- Photograph
- Payment details - Demand draft number, Amount in
case of offline payment.

- Checker
- Uploading

- Maker
- The maker logs on to the system and is
authenticated. - POS Maker verify the supporting documents and the
registration form and captures the individual
data in to the system. - The Maker saves the data and the system generates
a unique Transaction Identification Number (TIN).

- Checker
- The checker logs on to the system and is
authenticated. - Information saved by the maker is made available
to the Checker for verification. - For every verified record the checker would apply
digital signature using Smart Card Or Software
Sign. - Once signed, files can be marked for upload.

- Uploader
- The Uploader logs on to the POS system and gets
authenticated. - The uploader shall then be authenticated on
central site. - The Uploader then uploads all Digitally Signed
files(XML Formats) to the central site. Summary
of transaction at POS is sent as first record
followed by transactions pending for upload - Uploader may transfer the files to the Super POS

- Change On-the-Card Information
- For change of Information on the card like
Photograph, Name ,Signature) the ITP has to come
to the Point Of Service (POS) for placing the
duplicate id card and change request. - System will provide a screen to the Maker to
capture data for Duplicate ID card request and
change of information on the card.

- ITP can renew its yearly subscription at POS by
paying cash or DD. - This transaction will be uploaded to central

where a POS ID is also Issued for the same.
