• Target Homes built prior to plumbing code

• Promoted toilets at near
  wholesale cost

• Started a list of interested customers
• The only rules to participate
• Have to be a CWD customer to buy
• Must be replacing high-water-use toilet
• Toilet must be installed in a home in CWD
  service area

Program is a Success!

• Some were hesitant to buy having heard horror
  stories
• Added 4 trap toilet for folks w. plugging
  problems

• Numbers can be tricky
• Look at customer use history
• Call customers w. unusual numbers
• Factors may include
• New toilet not yet installed
• Location-guest room vs. high traffic area
• More people/less people
• Flushing more than with old toilet
