data and data sharing must be drafted and
enforced (Skole)

2. Role and mandate of APN as an
intergovernmental regional network as well as
contribution/commitment from member governments
in APN are not clear and not visible in some
countries
  • Proposed Solutions
  • APN briefing documents should also focus on
    intergovernmental background, procedures and
    protocol in addition to the technical aspects
  • More interaction between APN projects/activities
    with APN national focal points/SPG since project
    development, progress and finalization/conclusion
