  • to scan a resume and determine if YOU, the
  • Applicant, should be granted an interview!
  • For this reason, the materials you use to market
  • yourself MUST project a professional image.
  • Your resume needs to identify your abilities,
  • skills and what you have accomplished on the
  • job, in your classes and the activities you
  • participate in.
  • It must make the employer want to
    meet YOU!

  • Avoid abbreviations.
  • Keep your resume simple- it should be easy to
    read.
  • Limit the number of fonts type size Be
    Consistent!
  • Use high quality, resume paper.
  • One Final Note

    with a typo or spelling error?
