  • Has an account rep Linda Dunn
  • Will make 40 profit on each magazine sold
  • We can sell new or renewal subscriptions and make
    the same 40 profit.
  • We also sell some books, toys and CDs.

Benefits to this type of sale.
  • Students have no product to deliver
  • We have no product to sort and package to give to
    the students
  • Incentives are available to encourage kids to
    participate
  • If each student sold just 1 (10.00) magazine our
    profit would be 3200.00.

How do you get started?Option 1
  • We get a date for the sale from Dr. Grantz.
  • We contact Linda and book the dates.
  • She ships materials here to give to the kids.
  • We collect orders during Homeroom.

How do we get started?Option 2
  • We do all of the sale online. Students and
    parents enter their information online and use a
    credit card to pay.
  • They identify our organization as the one to
    receive the profit.

How do we get started ?Option 3
  • We can do a combination of both. We can make the
    parents aware that while we have a set time we
    launch the sale, they can go online at anytime
    and order.
  • The company will send us quarterly checks for any
    online orders it gets.

Media Center/PTO Role
  • The media center is in need of fundraisers to
    purchase books for the kids.
  • As media specialist, I would be willing to
    manage the paperwork side of entire sale for a
    split of the profit for the media center
    materials.
  • The PTO would handle the publicity of the sale
    and getting the word out to
  • Parents
  • Grandparents
  • Community
  • to support our school and its programs by at
    least renewing their magazines with us.

The POTENTIAL
  • is to make well more than the 3200.00 profit
    that was indicated.
  • If we can get the Seaford community to renew
    their magazines with us each year, we can have a
    tried and true annual sure thing.
