Suggestions To consider

• 1. Include pork product reporting (similar to
  beef lamb)
• 2. Show beef prices and volumes scheduled for
  delivery
• 1 7 days, 8 14 days, and 15 to 28 days (see
  AMS form 113)
• 3. Expand buyer/packer to Packer sales
  information (unconfirmed buys either up or
  down)
• 4. Compliance Reports from both ARC and AMS
• Secretary also must develop procedures to
  disclose violations
• Semi-annual compliance reports still lacking
• 5. Shift audit functions out of AMS to an
  independent Branch of USDA
• 6. Discuss efforts to monitor for undocumented
  swine or modified values at slaughter, per
  previous GAO report
