• LaunchPad - mouse-free navigation and a moving
  forward look
• F3 key is programmed to open the list when an
  employee, applicant or COBRA form is open and in
  focus
• F4 key will display a list of rows for the entity
• F9 key is programmed to give focus to the
  LaunchPad
• Search/Sort Function Pick List for Employee,
  Applicant, Cobra, or Multiple Records Pick
