15Financial Summary
- Costs were higher than income this season with a
end of year balance of -4431 for the following
reasons - New Goal Posts for six-a-side (re-investment)
- Purchase of clothing (new corporate image) stock
ready to sell next season - No grants this year
- Biggest concern is the lack of revenue from
Training subs, costing the club 7.5k per year. - Executive Committee have implemented a new
process for collecting Training subs to balance
the books - Reserves still healthy with just over 19k in the
bank!

- 8) EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
- The everyday running of the Club will be in the
hands of the Executive Committee Chairman,
Secretary, Treasurer, Social Secretary, Community
Liaison Officer and Team Representative. These
six officers will be responsible to the Football
Social Committee. - Request to exchange Social Secretary for Vice
Chairman

- Nominate Nigel Karen Carande
- Nigel Karen have been invovled with the over
the past 8 years, not only in managing a team but
also in raising over 10,000 in sponsorship for
the six-a-side tournament. Nigel has been
instrumental in creating the original plans for
affiliating with the senior club. - Nominate John Crane
- John Crane has completed his 7 year term as
Assistant Manager with Nigel Carande. John has
always supported Town Juniors and helped - Nominate Andy Howlett
- Andy Howlett has been involved with the club for
over 10 years. He has become part of the
furniture long after his kids have stopped
playing. Hes been Vice Chairman and now sits on
the Management Committee for the Senior Club
