PRISM main tasks and associated workpackages
  • 1) Definition of a standard physical interface
    for each component (WP 2a)
  • 2) Technical development of the coupler and model
    interface library (Wp 3a)
  • 3) Physical and technical interfacing of
    state-of-art European models (WPs 3b-c-d-e-f-g-h)
  • 4) Development of common diagnostic/visualisation
    tools and data management system (WPs 2c, 4a)
  • 5) Development of a web-based interface to
    assemble, and run a Climate model, and control
    data archiving and post-processing (WP 4b)
  • 6) Perform demonstration runs (WP 5)
