hello my name is scott stys, and i am one of the
US Marines you are trying to raise money for
laptops. I just wanted to take a moment and thank
you for your support its amazing to know that
some people out there still care about the troops
overseas. A little about what we are doing here
We are in the USMC Infantry, my job or
MOS(military occupational specialty) is Infantry
Assaultmen, i work with demolitions, like
c-4, and rocket launchers.  Well we got here in
October and moved into the city of Ramadi, which
is in the Al Anbar province of Iraq.  We are
working with the Iraqi Police and Iraqi Army to
empower them to take back there city from
insurgents, in a nut shell lol.  Until recently
we had been in the center of the city, but moved
to the east and are currently controlling
civilian traffic into the city on the only major
highway that connects Baghdad, Fallujah, and
Ramadi.  Besides that we push out patrols to
ensure the safety of the Iraqi people in the
city and stand guard for where we live.  Once
