Philosophy

• Atmosphere
• I am a firm believer in creating the most
  positive, warm and inviting atmosphere as
  possible.  All students should feel welcome to
  express their thoughts and feelings, not
  intimidated or afraid. I believe students learn
  by doing and by discovering.  I like seeing the
  students engaged while being challenged at the
  same time.

• should engage students in meaningful learning,
  where the students are intentionally and actively
  processing information while pursuing authentic
  tasks to construct meaning of the
  lesson/concept.  Students should have the chance
  to explore through the use of technology in a
  non-threatening learning environment.
• The MSET program has provided me with several
  useful tools to use in the classroom which fall
  into my three key themes Distance Education,
  Technology in the Classroom, and Teamwork.
