TeachersWorkbench with a Campus Account 1. Click
File and then Log in. 2. Enter the User Name
and Password 3. Click Log On

From Menu Click Tools, Print Answer Sheets 1.
From Screen Click TAKS Exams 2. Select the
Exam 3. Select the Form that matches the test 4.
Pick student grade levels. Leave at ALL
(HS, can print only 9th graders that are in
the geometry classes) 5. Check the box for Slug
Student Numbers 6. Select Use Local Student ID
Numbers Ignore the Single Document Output and
Test Assignment Options 7. Make sure steps 1-6
are OK, then click the Multi-Select Button

1. Hold the Ctrl Key down and pick the classes
to be included for this assessment. While
Choosing classes, you want all of the classes
with students that will be taking this exam. The
classes are displayed alphabetically. So watch
carefully for ACC classes, PreAP, PRE APGT
classes and others. If unsure, select the class
For MS/HS watch the T (terms), you will need
to pick the spring or year terms 2. Make sure
the Classes you have selected are OK, then click
the Print Button

classes (that you just picked) then click Yes
to start printing
