Components of our Formal Mentoring Program
  • Agreed upon pairing of mentor/mentee
  • Distribution of the CHLA Mentoring Brochure
    (includes guidelines, expectations,
    responsibilities, resources)
  • Written feedback of mentee goals, achievements,
    challenges, concerns every six months
  • Annual assessment of the program by both the
    mentor and mentee
