18Voter Identification Acceptable Forms
- Identification issued by the state of Missouri,
an agency of the state, or a local election
authority of the state (ex. Missouri drivers
license and non-drivers license) - Identification issued by the United States
government or agency thereof (ex. Passport or
military ID) - Identification issued by an institution of higher
education, including a university, college,
vocational and technical school, located within
the state of Missouri - A copy of a current utility bill, bank statement,
government check, paycheck or other government
document that contains the name and address of
the voter (ex. voter notification card) - Drivers license or state identification card
issued by another state.
19Voter Identification Need for Affidavit
- When voter has no ID, is on the precinct register
and if two supervisory election judges know the
voter - Two judges complete/sign the affidavit
- Verify address correct
- Have voter sign poll book
- Place affidavit in transfer container
