Title: 2005 SUPPLIER SURVEY SUMMARY PRESENTATION
12005 SUPPLIER SURVEYSUMMARY PRESENTATION
2Background / History
- The SSC has sponsored two supplier surveys, one
in 2003 and one in 2005. It was determined that
a team of suppliers, primes and PRI Staff would
be the best way to analyse the 2005 data. A
process was proposed the approach was approved by
Ed Engelhard Chet Date and Arshad Hafeez.
3Mission
- The team is to analyse all data and text comments
from responses to the 2005 survey and answer the
following questions - What information / conclusion(s) do the responses
to this question give us? - What is the health of the program in connection
with this question? - Should we take action to correct or address the
data we received on each question? - If action is required, who (which organisation)
should take the lead on taking the action?
(Possible organisations include NMC NESPB SSC
PRI Task groups primes, etc.)
4Expected Results / Guidelines
- Team will draw as many conclusions as they can
from the data and text comments from the survey. - For each data set the team will review, discuss
and come to agreement on a conclusion or set of
conclusions. - The team will determine the relative health of
each facet of the Nadcap program surveyed. - The team will recommend that action is required
as they believe is appropriate for any of the
questions regardless of colour / evaluation.
