17How to Activate a Chapter
Why is the Welcome Page important?
- Local SSA Chapters must first add content to the
Welcome page.
- This is what activates the local chapters site
link.
- Although anyone can add content, best practice
is for official SSA content to be determined by
the board and posted by the Web Coordinator.
18How to Activate a Chapter
Why is the Welcome Page important?
- Local SSA chapters are responsible for
- Activating their chapter's area.
- Migrating up-to-date content from the old site.
- To activate local chapter pages, simply Add
Content to the Welcome page.
19How to Activate a Chapter
Why didnt Support activate ALL the sites at once?
- Activating the Welcome page shows the local
chapters level of commitment.
- The decision was made by SSAW in coordination
with SL Personnel.
