- Enters termination date and a termination reason.

- Terminal Site Log
- Completes on a daily basis for incoming data.
- Maintains log at each terminal site.

- Facility Updates and Contact Information
- Inputs Facility Type, Program Type, and
Schoolwide Programs Indicator. - When updating each facility, the data should
reflect the reporting period. - Does not update facility information for current
reporting period until after January 1 - Each facility (SSID) must have the current
migrant contact information.

- Encodes LEP designation using Supplemental
Programs Worksheet. - LEP is tied to the Priority for Services report.
- LEP is found under the Supplemental Program
section but it is a designation, not a
supplemental service.

- Graduation Plans
- Enters graduation plans on NGS by September 30,
or ten working days after initial enrollment - For all migrant students in grades 9-12.
- Also for students in grade 8 taking courses for
high school credit. - Requests and prints Graduation Plan report.

- Secondary Credit Fall/Spring Semester Grades
- Encodes secondary credit for each semester.
- Grades 9 through 12 currently mobile students
- Fall grades - by January 30

- Missing Credits and Partial Credits Consolidation
- Requests and prints a Partial Credit report for
updating purposes. - Grades 9 through 12 currently mobile students.
- Updates should be done by January 30th.

- Encodes PEIMS Number on NGS.
- Requests and prints Alternate Student ID report
by February 15. - Updates all student records missing PEIMS numbers
by February 28.

- Obtains data from school nurses.
- Grades P3 through 12 currently mobile students.
- Encodes data by April 15.
- May use reporting form in guidelines

- Requests TAKS results by June 1 for the students
who did not match with the TAKS download - Inputs TAKS data 5 working days after receipt.
- Result entered must include Pass, Fail,
Absent Not Tested, Exempt or Not Scored. - TAKS scores may determine a child for Priority
for Service.

- Regular Term Coursework for Grades 6-8
- Enters data at end of school year within 5
working days after receipt. - Grades 6 through 8 currently mobile students.
- Only final end-of-year grades are required.

- Supplemental Program Data
- Enters data on all migrant students P0 through
grade 12 and non-enrollees. - Enters data on all migrant students by August 1.
- Knows that RIF is not a supplemental program.
- May use the supplemental worksheet to obtain
supplemental services.

- Special Needs Data
- Enters data by August 1 for grades P3 through 12
and non-enrollees. - Special Needs are GED, Gifted/Talented, and
Special Education. - Enters end date when student exits the program.

- Summer/Intersession Data
- Enters all summer/intercession data before the
beginning of the next school year. - Summer/Intercession Program must be MEP-funded.
- Children must be enrolled in the actual campus
where they receive services. - Summer enrollment should have an S as
enrollment type. - Intercession enrollment should have an I as
enrollment type.
