  • Have a greater understanding of the eight aerobic
    exercise activities found in this chapter
    aerobic dance, bicycling, fitness swimming,
    fitness walking, indoor exercise equipment,
    in-line skating, jogging, and water exercise/aqua
    aerobics.
  • Describe and initiate the 10,000 steps per day
    wellness goal.
