  Construction and Area Manager.
• More than 17 years experience in the Construction
  industry.
• Has acted as Project Director on a wide range of
  projects including the 249 million Forty-three
  school New Construction and Modernization Program
  for the San Jose Unified School District 200
  million Thirteen School Modernization program for
  the Cupertino Union School District 45 million
  Three School Renovation and Modernization Program
  for the Union School District and the
  Multidisciplinary Education Building for Chabot
  Las Positas Community College District to name a
  few.
• As a Kitchell Area Manager, Dave is accountable
  for projects in the greater San Jose region,
  providing client liaison, staffing coordination
  and quality control for the programs and projects
  assigned to his area. His local South Bay area
  K-12 school construction experience has proven to
  be extremely valuable to San Jose Unifieds
  construction projects.
• Mr. Giannelli will act as Program Director and
  will be responsible for program management
  services and deliverables. He will facilitate
  communications and informed decision making at
  all levels. Dave will be responsible for

• Over 13 years experience in the construction
  industry.
• Has worked as Project Manager/Engineer on a wide
  range of project types including the 71 million
  -Thirteen School Modernization Program for the
  Cupertino Union School District Multicultural
  Arts Center and Old Town Center Parcade in
  Merced, California the 7 million Tulare County
  Boot Camp/Central Plant and the Tulare County
  Juvenile Detention Facility in Visalia,
  California and was a Project Coordinator for the
  New Prison Construction Program the largest
  prison construction program ever undertaken by
  the State of California, specifically working on
  the Statewide Electrified Fence Program.
• Highly experienced in all phases of construction
  management including planning, design and on-site
  supervision an a skilled communicator who has
  worked with many public agencies.
  Responsibilities have included site inspections,
  field issue resolution to insure compliance with
  plans and specifications integral part in the
  design, review and value engineering of
  complicated and politically sensitive projects.
  His design and construction background is
  beneficial to help ensure the construction
  conforms to the design intent.
• Mr. Fuselier will act as Senior Project Manager
  to ensure that program intent is being followed
  from Design through construction. He will
  interface with Consultants, Architects, site
  staff, CBOC, BOE and the community providing
  knowledge of program intent and leadership toward
  program objectives.

• Susan was a key acquisition for Kitchell in June
  2003 and has been working with the San Jose
  Unified School Construction Program since 1998.
  Has participated in Kitchells in-house training
  for third-party administration of client labor
  compliance programs as well as Kitchells
  DIR-approved LCP.
• More than ten years experience in the
  construction industry.
• Most recently has served in a fiscal and program
  management capacity for the San Jose Unified
  School District Measure C Bond Program. Involved
  in the development of expenditure tracking
  mechanisms on behalf of SJUSD and in conjunction
  with Fiscal and Turner, being used during the
  recently passed 429 million Measure F Bond
  Program.
• Highly experienced in the direct supervision of
  major projects and the coordination of project
  teams on behalf of the owner. Skills include
  fiscal program and budget management, controlling
  and monitoring project budget and schedule
  managing the design review process front-end
  specification development contract administration
  and interpretation change order negotiation
  schedule and estimating, and client liaison
  providing lines of communication between owner,
  contractor and designer and on-site construction
  management
• Ms. Davenport will act as Program Manager
  ensuring that the intent of the Measure F Program
  is met through her personal knowledge of the
  development of the Implementation Plan. Her

• Mr. Flatley is new to Kitchell, but was involved
  with the creation of the Measure F Implementation
  Plan.
• Recently has specialized in K-12 educational
  projects since 1991.
• Has worked as Program Designer and Senior Project
  Architect on a wide range of projects including
  the 15 million modernization of the Fisher
  Middle School campus and the design of the 10
  million library and classroom buildings for
  Covington Elementary School in the Los Gatos
  Union School District the 6 million youth
  center facility at Morrill Middle School for the
  Berryessa Union School District. Joe works with
  his clients to create practical yet inventive
  building solutions and presents information in a
  way that enables informed decision making.
• His role in the program will be to manage the
  design of all projects. He will be verifying
  that architects are on schedule, meeting program
  intent and facility standards. He will interface
  with the District staff, site staff, DSA and
  other agencies to assist with resolving project
  issues.

  Estimating Director and Project Manager.
• More than 30 years experience in the construction
  industry.
• Has acted as Project Manager and Estimating
  Director on projects such as the 249 million,
  Forty-three school New Construction and
  Modernization Program for the San Jose Unified
  School District Motorolas 11 million expansion
  and remodel of their electronics facility the
  construction of Hewlett Packards 15 million
  Latin American Distribution Center the 8.5
  million construction of Weyerhaeusers corrugated
  box manufacturing facility and was the one of the
  Chief architects of Kitchells Mexico
  Construction Management System.
• A highly experienced Project estimator with
  responsibilities that have included short
  timelines and numerous activities on significant
  and complicated projects. He has vast experience
  in planning, organization and implementation of
  all estimating and value engineering functions
  for assigned projects analyzing subcontractor
  proposals, bids and estimates and the
  preparation, negotiation, execution and
  enforcement of trade contracts.
• Mr. Rodriguez will act as Project Manager for
  this program verifying, updating and ensuring the
  implementation plan is maintained. He will
  provide expertise in how the IP will be
  implemented.

• Mr. Smith is new to Kitchell but has more than 12
  years of experience in multiple areas of the
  project management and construction industry.
• Has acted as Project Manager for related projects
  including the 440 million Eighty School new
  construction and modernization Program for the
  Oakland Unified School District and the 249
  million Forty-three school New Construction and
  Modernization Program for the San Jose Unified
  School District.
• Highly experienced in areas of project management
  and construction with skills that include project
  and cost control, contract administration and
  negotiations, tenant improvement and closeout,
  on-site project management, scheduling and claims
  analysis, design management and review. Recently
  led the contract administration and consulted
  with the new school site due diligence
  development team fro the 440 million
  modernization bond program with Oakland Unified
  School District.
• Mr. Smith will act as Project Manager for this
  program. Primary roles include contract
  management, ensuring consultant contracts are
  produced, approved by the board and will process
  additional services for the consultants. He will
  also be reviewing invoices for accuracy and
  comparing them to services provided.

  Construction and Modernization Program for the
  San Jose Unified School District.
• Has been responsible for implementing office
  policies and procedures A/P and A/R
  maintaining accurate purchase order systems
  coordinating permit acquisitions and inspections
  with city and county governments conducting and
  scheduling warranty orientations file
  management document tracking, distribution and
  control. Other current responsibilities include
  maintaining daily job logs and management
  schedules documenting and reporting hours
  processing invoices and meeting minutes
  compiling closeout requirements for contractors
  RFI submittals monthly cost control reports, pay
  applications, change orders and correspondence
  transmittals maintaining personnel files
  administrative support to project managers and
  engineers and ordering and maintaining all office
  supplies and equipment.
• Ms. Moretti will assist the Program Manager,
  Project Managers and Project Engineers with
  document management, file management, time
  management and will be instrumental in
  maintaining organization of all documents.
