Managers, Supervisors, and PI ESH
Responsibilities

• Model appropriate ESH behavior. Talk to your
  employees about their safety!
• Ensure training compliance for staff, including
  guests and students.
• Personally perform workspace inspections and
  address deficiencies found.
• Implement the proper use of Personal Protective
  Equipment and hazard controls.
• Ensure waste is accumulated and stored properly.
• Review self and formal work authorizations.
• Ensure electronic ESH Databases are used
  (JHQ/EHS Training, ERGO, Chemical Management
  System, H.E.A.R., C.A.T.S.).
• Track and address identified corrective actions.
• Communicate safety expectation to your employees,
  guests, and students.
• Promote use of Stop Work authority where
  necessary and report      all incidents and near
  misses .
