Project TICL Mission Statement
  • The TICL project will deliver a professional
    development and support program to enhance the
    technology integration and teaching skills of
    teacher-leaders, in the middle grades (grades 5
    through 9), who influence their peers and can
    blaze the trail for improved teaching and
    learning.
