A Winter Scenario
  • Today is an otherwise routine morning in January.
    Youre here at this meeting. Schools are in
    session. The weather is cold and it is snowing.
    Electricity just went out. TV/Radio stations are
    broadcasting news that power outages have been
    occurring in Western States, then Central States,
    now in Michigan and the Midwest.

Scenario Continued
  • You quickly learn that your company/business/place
    of worship is on emergency generator power but
    soon learn that power outages are now occurring
    in not only the East, but also in parts of
    Canada.
  • Its soon apparent that the outages are not
    merely a local phenomenon.
