Things to consider
  • You must always plan your projects with the
teachers involved, agree on when the project wil
take place, and how much time you will spend on
    it.
  • You must take into consideration when your
partner countries have holidays, project weeks,
    examinations etc.

13
Things to consider
  • You must do your best to finish your letters
    within the time agreed upon.
  • On the other hand you must accept that things can
happen break down of hardware illness etc.
  • Your projects must always be adjusted to the
weakest part e.g. you cannot exchange photos by
e-mail if not both have the possibility of
    scanning or using digital cameras.

14
Things to consider
  • It is important to start with some sort of
introduction to make you know more about your
    partners.
  • If something prevents you from finishing your
letters in time send your partner an e-mail and
    tell why.

15
Things to consider
  • If your partner has been sent an e-mail, and if
you dont get an answer - use snail mail or
phone, or let your national coordinator help you.
  • Make sure that you dont hurt your partners
    feelings, when you contact them.
