Operating and maintaining of smart classroom

• 76 smart classrooms already developed.
• The remaining classroom will be converted by the
  end of the Academic year.
• Each smart classroom contains
• Video projector.
• Wall mounted screen.
• Podium.
• PC
• Overhead projector.
• Extra accessories in some classrooms.

Auditoria Reservation

• Online reservation system
• http//www.kfupm.edu.sa/edutech/booking/
• Reservation of Buildings 10,20, and 54 should be
  approved by the Chairman, Convocation, Honors,
  Public Events (Supervisor, Technical Affairs).
• Room 103 in building 20 is only reserved for
  conferences only.
• To reserve building 10, the minimum number of
  participants should exceed 400, and it should
  exceed 700 to reserve the main hall in the
  exhibit building.

Audio Visual services

• Providing audio-visual system to all major events
  at KFUPM.
• Providing audio-visual system in different
  auditoria.
• Video recording of major events.

Video Conferencing services

• Educational Technologies department have two
  video conference units.
• Conducted number of meetings, opening ceremonies,
  and seminars in the past 2 years.

KFUPM CATV operations

• Operating and maintaining 29 different channel on
  KFUPM TV cable.
• Running the synchronized clock system.
• Prayer call system.
• Paging system.
• KFUPM Stadium score board system.
• Live transmission equipment.

• Electronic bulletin board operation.
• Live transmission of major events.
• Transmission of seminars, and programs on limited
  hours.
