30HOW DID WE DO????
- Overall Evaluation
- Discovered areas that need improvement and will
work on those in the future during training
sessions - Determined our Rating System is a good one
relatively accurate - Found many of those officials that needed to be
upgraded (which was done) - Need more assessors
- To achieve this, we need more referees so the
assessors do not have to officiate all the time
