Fiscal Year-End Reminder

• Please visit the Accounting Services website for
  information on the fiscal year-end procedures.

• Additional Reminders
• The July 7th closing date is NOT flexible as in
  previous years.
• Get budget journals in so that payments/JEs don't
  cause problems in posting.
• Deposits can only be credited to revenue Accounts
  (start with a "4").
• Refer to email 061005-1

Business Office Critical Care Schedule

• TODAY, June 28th 100-200
• The schedule for July, August September is
  available on the ConnectUND website.

ID Card Update

• The U Card office has started to print Staff IDs.
  Distribution will begin in July. Anyone who has
  not updated their photo since May 2004 will not
  be printed as you are required to update your
  photo.
• Student IDs have not been printed yet. The U
  Card office will be working with the Registrars
  office for a current list of all registered
  students for Fall.

SA Implementation Dates - July

• These dates are subject to change
• July 1-7 Anticipated Med 3-4 Fall fee payment
• July 28 Final day in Legacy for Student Finance.
  Final Legacy GL interface.
• July 29 Legacy froze for the day while accounts
  receivable balances converted to PS
