• The BourgasRoadConstruction Joint-Stock
  Company was founded as a commercial company by
  Order N 25 of the Ministerial Council dated 27
  April 1993 and is successor in title of a part of
  the assets of the Road Administration, Bourgas.
• Initially it was incorporated as a sole
  Proprietorship Limited Liability Company, and
  later it was transformed into a Joint-Stock
  Company. The majority part of the capital Is
  owned by the HOLDING COMPANY ROADS PLC.

Scope of Business
Construction, repair, and maintenance of
roads and bridges construction and equipment,
production and sale of quarry filling agents
asphalt and concrete mixes construction machines
and motor transport services.
The company has good developed necessary
equipment in the district of Bourgas concentrated
in the towns of Bourgas, Aytos, Karnobat, and
Sredec.

The crunching and sorting installation
produces fractions of 0/5 mm, 5/10 mm 10/15 mm,
15/25 mm, 25/40 mm, which are used for the
production of different kinds of concrete and
asphalt mix crushed stone and not sorted crushed
stone of 0/75 for the production of pavements and
embankments in the construction.

- Asphalt base of town of Karnobat with Teltomat
IV Asphalt-Concrete Mixing Plant. - A quarry and
a crushing and sorting instalation for extraction
and production of filling agents.
Fraction of 5/10 mm, 10/15 mm and 15/20 mm
produced by the crush and sorting installation,
in Karnobat, having increased polarity, are in
demand by road construction companies all over
Bulgaria for production of splitt mastix
asphalt-concrete and rough pavements. In the
quarry of Aytos, as well as here, a filling agent
is extracted for different kinds of concrete and
asphalt mix, crushed stone and not sorted crushed
stone of 0/75 for the of pavements and
embankments in construction.

tons/hour - Repair and store base, located in
the South Industrial Zone of Bourgas, including
repair halls and workshop where all kinds of
repair services of construction machines and
goods cars are made.
- Rich and various machine equipment Asphalt
spreader bulldozers, motor graders, excavators
loading machines compressors, road rollers for
asphalt embankment and pavements, small road
rollers of 1.5 tons for repair works cutting
machines for asphalt cutting, vibration plate
specialized motor transport a concrete-delivery
truck, an auto-crane, a cement truck, truck
tractors with platform trucks, auto-tar pavers,
bunkers and other trucks from 4 to 20 tons.

The company has labour resources necessary for
the execution of works, and the average list
number of working people is 160 workers and
specialists. Personnel qualification and
