- Session chairs
- Enter session description or call for papers
when permission granted. - Accept papers, solicit trades to complete session
(4 7 papers) - Do not reject a good paper leave in place or
transfer to unplaced papers folder - Look in same folder for papers for your session.
- When accept papers prior to final deadline, and
set up session times - Remember to include 5 minutes intro and 5 minutes
wrap-up time - Division level access best to combine or rename
sessions and trade papers. - Confex idiosyncrasies
