Branching Client Numbers

• If a corporate entity has multiple client numbers
  and wants to give additional client numbers the
  same power to hold land as the COBRA-linked
  client number, the customer can branch many or
  all of its client numbers to the COBRA-linked
  one.
• Unlike amalgamation, each branched client number
  will retain its own name/address information .

Branching Client Numbers

• At the bottom of the Client Branch Relationship
  form is an Affidavit of Identity.
• The client in Section A must enter his/her name
  on the Name line and place the name of the
  province or state on the Location line.
• The above named must sign on the Signature line.
• A Commissioner for Oaths, Notary, or Solicitor,
  must sign on the appropriate line.
