will be the leader in helping our Affiliate
dealers with staff retention, productivity,
revenue growth (RMR) and better quality of life.
3 What does Safe Harbour do? Safe Harbour works
through our Affiliates to provide security for
families, their homes, and possessions. We
provide monitoring services for customers homes
and businesses. Our patented DNA technology can
mark possessions for future identification and
insurance claims. Our GPS tracking technology
can monitor and track people and assets around
the world.

What is our market? The Canadian security market
is populated with a few giants, namely Chubb,
VoxCom, Counterforce and ADT. The balance of the
market is made up of independents, numbering in
the 1000s. These independents are our focus.
5Our Objective Is to bring the advantages of a
national company to our Affiliates and their
Customers, yet still give the personalized
service of the small independent. Some of the
advantages will be financing, buying power,
marketing materials, research, national branding,
credibility and coast-to-coast customer support.

8Donnie Snow, CEO, has thirty years business
experience. He has led rapid growth, taking his
last TSX company from 0 to 68,000,000 in five
years. He understands the business challenges
associated with rapid growth and the people
needed. He has built two security companies in
the past, selling to both Honeywell and Chubb.
9Mike Hayes, SVP Marketing Science, has twenty
years marketing experience. Mike was SVP at CCL,
the largest marketing firm in Atlantic Canada. He
has managed large national brands such as Keiths
beer. He has done marketing for TSX companies
and understands their reporting requirements. He
is also the President of DNA Technologies.
10Florence Brophy, VP Solutions, has fifteen years
experience working on large national enterprise
computer networks. She has strong project
management skills and has managed national
software rollouts for publicly traded companies.
Florence has strong network audit experience
relating to TSX company requirements.
11Robert Johnson, SVP Sales, has twenty-five years
sales experience and fifteen years in the
security industry. Robert is the driving force
behind Safe Harbours growth, doubling our size
each year for the last three. Robert is known
for his personal customer service, logging an
average 100,000 kilometers a year on his car,
visiting customers.
12Andrew London, VP Monitoring, has twenty years
experience in the banking industry. Andrew was a
VP at the Bank of Nova Scotia. He brings
financial depth and knowledge to our team.
Andrew understands the importance of having your
house in order for our bank and investors. He has
also been quietly running our Central Monitoring
Station through five years of growth and change.

18Step Three Organize the independent alarm
dealers into a national Affiliates Program,
similar to what Home Hardware did to compete with
the big box stores.
19How will we do it? Growth will come from two
sources. Monitoring Station acquisitions and
direct sales to the dealer. We will approach
monitoring stations first because it is easier
for the dealers, but if we cant do a deal with
the stations we will go directly to the dealers.
20Last, but not least, we are building our
Affiliates a new start-of-the-art national
enterprise monitoring network. Our objective is
to allow complete web access to our Affiliates
and their Customers. The new network will be
completely integrated with accounting, email,
web and GPS.
