  • Teachers must attend 65 departmental meetings per
    year, conduct or do peer observations as assigned
    and share best practices in classroom instruction
    during department meetings. Teachers will attend
    Academic Leadership team meetings and will have a
    minimum of 30 parent contacts documented in their
    contact logs. Teachers will tutor twice a week
    during their department planning period those
    students most in need of instructional
    interventions for an incentive bonus pay of
    538.46 each per qualifying teacher.
