Conclusions

• Experiances made in parent project (e.c
  BAYERNINFO, CORVETTE) were very usefull for the
  conception of the tender procedure
• With the tender procedure we are building core
  structures to give a private operating agency the
  opportunity to work economically
• With the Project INTREST we are building
  intelligent technical core structures to give a
  private operating agency to change all traffic
  related data in an easy way to have the chance
  to improve private services
• The tender procedure gives no guidelines how to
  work ecconomically, but it shows what basic
  services are nessery to improve a certain level
  of quality.
• The private operating agency should concept its
  own bussines plan
• and has e responsibility at ones own risk
• Contribution in the project will be in insentive
  wage.
