  • To pick up a call within your call pickup group
  • Lift handset or press intercom button
  • Press the Pickup button
  • To pick up a call outside your pickup group
  • Lift handset or press intercom button
  • Press 77 (ext. ) of the ringing phone you want
    to pick up

Three Way Conference Call

  • Establish a call
  • Press the Xfer/Conf button
  • Dial the extension or outside number you want to
    bring into the conference
  • Wait for an answer
  • Press the Xfer button again

  • Dial without lifting the handset
  • When switching from speaker to handset
  • Lift handset (speaker light will go off)
  • When switching from handset to speaker
  • Put caller on hold
  • Replace handset in cradle
  • Press flashing hold button or line key (speaker
    will activate)

Mute (When using speakerphone)

  • When activated, Mute will prevent the other party
    from hearing your side of the conversation over
    the speaker.
  • To mute the microphone on your telephone
  • Press the mute button (light will go on)
  • To return to two-way conversation
  • Press the mute button (light will go off)

    10-digit number

Page Queue (Page Q)

  • Page Q allows a call to be picked up at any other
    extension without transferring to that particular
    extension.
  • Putting a call into Page Q
  • Press Xfer button and then dial an assigned page
    Q number (normally 7060-7069)
  • Orpress a pre-programmed Page Q button
  • Contact called party on radio and tell them they
    have a call on (page Q )
