Title: Problem Definition
1Problem Definition Why does some works of art
called cheap? Is it just because we never heard
of the artist name before? There is a strong
relation between the qualities of the work of an
artist with his fame. But then, who decides the
quality? Is it purely just by looking at the
essential elements that a good artwork should
have, such as balance and expressions or just by
how much it was worth when they were calculated
per-square inch by their foremost famous
owners? Works of art are often valued in the
society based on their provenance, fame of their
collectors, and from the size of their
canvas. EvaluArt is a personality who brings
awareness to the society to view and appreciate
an artwork from its purest level, disclosing the
laid commercial and social value from the higher
culture to evaluate art that did not come from
the main principals of art. Medium used Street
