Future as we see it
  • No one can accurately predict the depth and
    length of the recession, but the one
  • thing that is certain is that it is during these
    difficult times that market leadership
  • is won and lost. We are confident, that if we
    execute on our agenda, we are going
  • to emerge a stronger, healthier and more
    resilient ITWorx
  • Act early - We are focusing attention on the
    problem early and deliberately to make
    improvements to our business sooner rather than
    later.
  • Brace for the worst - We are taking a decidedly
    conservative view of the market to raise the bar
    for ourselves.
  • Reset Priorities - We have re-examined our
    Balanced Score Card for 2009 three times against
    the changing economic conditions.
  • Communicate - We are focusing more energy and
    paying more attention to communication, so
    everyone is in the loop, and are all pulling in
    the same direction.
  • Simplify, Standardize and Optimize business
    processes - With a focus on efficiency and
    productivity we are examining business processes
    to identify areas where we could simplify,
    standardize and then optimize the way we conduct
    our business.
