- Not everyone contributes equally
- UU doing most of hosting/supporting
- Until August, no full-time personnel
- Website suffers from lack of attention
- Design doesnt guide users very well
- Nobody wants to pay for the multi-site server
- In process of building our own based on PKP
- Looking at on-the-fly federated search option
- Open Source movement frowns upon CDM

- Leading efforts like this requires a long view
- Some participants need to be brought along based
on faith that they will get there - Personnel issues, lack of resources/motivation
- Foster and encourage small acts of leadership
- There must be something for everyone
