5Community strategy and the local area agreement
- Team Hackney Local strategic partnership (LSP)
dedicated to improving the quality of life for
everyone in the borough. It is about developing
new ways of working and about speeding up
improvements in service delivery and outcomes. - The Partnership produced a Community Strategy
which set out its vision for the next few years
and formed the basis of the Local Area Agreement
(LAA) (2007-2010) between central and local
government

ensures that the voice and concerns of local
voluntary sector organisations are effectively
heard throughout the council.
