SRM Role Management

• A mass update was completed to add the new SRM
  roles to positions in Production
• The information provided by your agency were used
  to assign the new SRM roles
• Roles should be verified and updated
  appropriately

• Agency Org Management Authorization/Security
  Assigners will be responsible for adding or
  delimiting SRM roles after 8/31/06, as required
• Map roles to only the positions that will perform
  the work in SRM
• Role descriptions should be used to map SRM roles

SRM Role Management

• Must use a start/delimit date after 8/31/06
• Role updates will require overnight processing
• YRCSRM_LOCATOR_COPA role is required on any
  position that will be assigned at least one SRM
  role (only required to be assigned once)

• Training roles (YQC or YQCgt) will be delimited
  at a later date
• No agency action should be taken at this time to
  remove these roles

• Subtype Z001 (SRM Plant Address)

• A mass update was completed to add the Address
  Infotype to all Org Units in Production
• The information provided by your agency was used
  to populate this infotype
• Will be used to house information on the Plant
  Address for SRM
• Required for Procurement structure in SRM
• Serves as a fail-safe address in the event the
  Ship to (Delivery) address is not available

IT1028 (Address) Subtype Z001 (SRM Plant Address)

• Org Management Processor will be responsible for
  the maintenance of this infotype
• It is mandatory when creating an organization via
  PQ10 (Actions for Organizational Unit)
• Must exist for the duration of the active
  organization
• Information to complete this infotype should be
  obtained from your Procurement office before you
  begin the PQ10 action

Address Maintenance - Org Unit

• Any change to the organizations name or location
  will require an update to PO10 (Maintain
  Organization Unit)
• Agencies will be provided with a list of address
  information that currently exists on IT1028,
  Subtype Z001 for verification
